
In order to increase your sporting performance we need to first start by Profiling & Periodisation.
For example, you have 3 months to get fit for the next Shinty, Rugby of Football season. Through performance Profiling & Periodisation we can target and prioritise your weakest areas of the demands of your sport.
The greater the similarity between what you do in training and what you are required to do to perform well in your sport will dictate transfer from training to your performance. This means… the more functional training specifically for your sport the better!
Sports require multi-playing movements which we try to repeat or make similar in a gym environment to give you the results you require for your sport.
When performed correctly these exercises can lead to Increased Performance!
Small detail can have the greatest impact on performance!
